【报告摘要】

This report focuses on solving inverse problems of partial differential equations using deep learning methods. The content is divided into two main parts: (1) We propose an ODE-based diffusion sampling method for solving linear inverse problems by integrating diffusion models (a class of generative models) with both data and physical model information; (2) Leveraging the expressive power of neural networks and the information from the studied physical model, we introduce a data-free deep learning approach for full-waveform inversion within a Bayesian framework. Extensive numerical experiments have validated the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

燕雄斌, 2022年博士毕业于兰州大学, 现为上海交通大学数学科学学院博士后, 在JSC, JIIP, CMAME, JCAM等期刊上发表SCI论文十余篇, 现主持国家自然科学基金1项.
