【报告摘要】

After a brief introduction on the neutrinoless double-beta decay, I willtalk about three topics related to the title. The first one is a hybridimprovement of the nuclear matrix element (NME) of the neutrinolessdouble-beta decay using the NMEs of the shell model and thequasiparticle random-phase approximation. The second part is thesolution of the discrepancy problem of the running sum of the NMEs ofthe two-neutrino double-beta decay for 136Xe. The third part is thediscussion on the vertex correction of the NME of the double-beta decayto improve the effective axial-vector current coupling.

【报告人简介】

Terasaki now is a researcher in Czech Technical University in Prague. Terasaki finished his PhD dissertation “Microscopic structure of nuclear collective rotation” in University of Tsukuba in 1990. After that, he conducted postdoctoral research at Université Libre de Bruxelles, CEA Saclay, Institut de Physique Nucléaire d’Orsay, Kyoto University, Royal Institute of Technology, Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare, Università degli Studi di Milano, University of Tennessee, University of North Carolina, and Peking University. In 2011, he was promoted to associate professor at University of Tsukuba.

His main research area is theoretical nuclear physics, and he has written 64 papers with more than 1500 citations.
