研究方向:
放射性药物是指利用放射性核素进行疾病的诊断和治疗的药物,放射性药物产业已成为国家重点支持的战略性新兴产业。围绕放射性药物领域面临的医用放射性核素缺乏、放射性药物治疗抵抗和放射性核素脱靶防护等问题,基于基因工程技术改造的细菌制备分离材料,选择性地提取医用放射性核素,为制备放射性药物提供原料;基于人工合成的生物材料和基因工程技术改造的天然来源生物材料研发了放射性治疗药物,并通过激活抗肿瘤免疫反应克服肿瘤治疗抵抗;基于辐射自发光生物材料和基因工程技术改造天然肠道益生菌,实现了放射性核素脱靶监测和安全防护,研究为我国自主可控的核医学发展提供了基础。
