方开洪:男,中共党员,副教授,硕士生导师;
兰州大学南充技术转移中心  执行主任。

研究方向:
A.天体物理学能区聚变反应截面测量研究;
B.快中子诱发核反应截面测量研究;
C.辐射监测与屏蔽。
学习经历:
2005年毕业于兰州大学物理科学与技术学院应用物理学(核物理方向)专业,获理学学士学位;
2011年毕业于兰州大学核科学与技术学院粒子物理与原子核物理专业,获理学博士学位。期间2007-2009年受CSC资助在Tohuku University原子核研究所学习;
工作经历:
2007.10 – 2011.06 兰州大学核科学与技术学院 助教;
2011.07 – 2015.05 兰州大学核科学与技术学院 讲师;
2016.04 – 2017.12 日本大阪大学工学部 访问学者;
2017.01 – 2017.04 日本东北大学工学部 访问学者;
2015.06 – 至今    兰州大学核科学与技术学院副教授。
获奖统计:
2007年获CSC高水平大学建设项目奖学金;
2015年获甘肃省青年教师成才奖;
2015年获兰州大学核学院优秀党员称号;
2016年获CSC青年骨干项目奖学金。

---天体物理学能区聚变反应截面测量研究
如:恒星等离子体环境中的轻核聚变反应,及环境对核反应速率的影响。
---快中子诱发核反应截面测量研究
如:14MeV中子诱发核素的(n,p)、(n,2n)、(n,a)、(n,f)反应道截面测量。
---辐射监测与屏蔽
如:闪烁体探测器研发、中子屏蔽体设计。
主持--国家自然科学基金1项,中央高校基金2项,横向课题3项。
参与--国防****重点项目1项,国家自然科学基金项目4项。
